Comments and Complaints

We are always trying to improve our services and welcome any constructive suggestions which should be addressed, in writing, to our practice manager, Mrs Lynfa Strong.

Our aim is to provide a good service to all our patients and we hope that working together we can achieve that goal. If, however, you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we do offer an in-house complaints procedure and we would ask that you again address, in writing, details of your complaint to our practice manager.
